Follow these step-by-step instructions for filling out your Articulation Request: 1. Download a course Articulation Request and complete the top portion of the form. 2. Compile your course materials. Students are required to submit a course description and a course syllabus, but we encourage students to submit any materials they have. It is also helpful to include the title, author/editor, and edition of the textbook the course used. 3. Bring the completed request form and your materials to the BioAdvising Office. We will then take an inventory of your course materials. We will only accept materials that include the required course description and syllabus. Your materials will then be reviewed by a faculty member and accessed for UCSC credit. This process can take up to two weeks, so please allow adequate time to articulate your courses. NOTE: The articulation of courses is a courtesy function. Please be respectful of the advising staff and faculty articulating your course(s). QUESTIONS: Contact BioAdvising
