FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS: Biology Senior Thesis Evaluation

Please follow the step-by-step instructions for turning in your thesis/essay:

1. Make two copies of your senior thesis (one for your faculty sponsor and one for Biology).

2. Bring thesis to the Biology Advising Office and fill out the Senior Thesis Data Form.

The Biology Undergraduate Advising Office will forward a copy of your thesis to your faculty sponsor who will have three weeks to complete an evaluation. Once we receive the evaluation back from the faculty sponsor, we format the evaluation, obtain the faculty signature, and send the evaluation to the appropriate parties. About 5 or 6 weeks after you have dropped off your thesis, you should receive a copy of your evaluation in the mail at the address listed on the thesis data form. If not, please contact your faculty sponsor or the Biology Undergraduate Advising Office
