Biological Sciences Undergraduate Program
|
The Biological Sciences holds it's majors to knowing and following these department policies: Letter Grade Policy: all your degree requirements must be taken for a letter grade. Disqualification Policy: failing two required courses for your major may disqualify you from pursuing all biological sciences majors. Course Substitution Policy: limits the number of courses you may transfer into biology to apply towards your degree. Late Withdrawal Policy: in short, we do not authorize withdrawal from courses past the Registrar's withdrawal deadline. Catalog Rights: an important campus standard that determines which version of the degree requirements you must satisfy based on when you entered the university. Exceptions to policy: Exceptions are granted only in the case of extreme circumstances. Any exception requested based on anything other than a personal extenuating circumstance are not requests for exceptions but rather a request to change requirements or department policy.
