Biological Sciences Undergraduate Program |
For information regarding: Advanced Placement credit (and International Bacheloriat credit): If you took advanced placement courses and completed the associated exams you may qualify for degree or prerequisite credit towards your major. This means you might not have to take the placement exam (s) for math, chemistry or introductory biology... California Community College credit: The campus has articulation agreements with most California Community Colleges that clearly states what UCSC course credit you qualify for. College-level credit from another university/EAP: Credit from other universities (this includes international programs) must be articulated to determine what, if any, UCSC credit is warranted. NOTE: If the course you are transferring is a pre-requisite to a course you are trying to enroll in at UCSC, you will not be able to enroll until you have had your credit articulated and transferred by the BioAdvising Office.
