Biology eNEWS For all the hot news and information in Biological Sciences check out our eNEWSletter.

It contains:	- up-to-the-minute program changes and announcements
	- important dates and deadlines, schedule changes, test information and reminders
	- field and research internship and job opportunities
	- new course offerings and schedule information
	- awards and funding available to our undergraduates

We email the eNEWS to all proposed and declared Biological Sciences students, so be on the lookout!

BioGraduation Ceremony: Each year a group of students affiliated with the Health Slugs student group put together a graduation ceremony for themselves and their fellow classmates. Unlike the college graduation ceremony, the BioGraduation focuses on the degrees awarded in the various disciplines in biology and gives students the opportunity to partcipate in a ceremony with the colleagues and friends they made while completing their degree coursework. Faculty and staff are also invited to join with the family and friends of our graduating class in this celebration of their accomplishments.

EEB Seminar Series: The Ecology & Evolutionary Biology department hosts a seminar series Wednesdays 12:30-1:40 in Natural Sciences Annex 101. Speakers include faculty in the department, guest lecturers invited from other campuses, and graduate students. Interested undergraduates are welcome to attend.

MCD Seminar Series: The Molecular Cell & Developmental Biology department hosts a seminar series Mondays and Fridays 12:30-1:40 in Natural Sciences Annex 101. The Monday series features lecutres by faculty in the department and guest speakers invited from other campuses. The Friday series includes invited speakers and graduate students discussing their research. Interested undergraduates are welcome to attend.
